Foundation Charity Auctions is here to assist you and your non-profit with every detail, assuring your gala or charity event is successful and inspired!No advance payment is required in order for your organization to offer FCA's travel packages as auction items. Simply let us know which packages were successfully bid upon and FCA will invoice your organization before the travel packages are issued to your donors. Each travel package listed on FCA's website is fully customizable. Requests for customized pricing, whether featuring additional room nights, event tickets, ticket or airfare upgrades, etc., may be accommodated by simply calling us at 888-641-8009. Package Guidelines All travel packages are flexible and fully transferable. They must be processed within 12 months of issuance with actual travel completed within 24 months. The successful bidder simply has to contact our Customer Service Center to let us know who will be traveling, when they would like to travel and where they would like to go, and we’ll take it from there. Packages are extremely easy to redeem for travel. They may be redeemed online, by phone, or by fax. Travel packages may be replaced if the redemption material is lost or stolen, provided FCA has access to the contact information of the orignial bidder at time of initial package issuance. Unless otherwise noted, airfare included in travel packages is based on travel in the Continental United States, Canada, Mexico & the Caribbean; all booking fees, taxes and surcharges are included in the package, and there are no blackout dates or travel restrictions. |
